“The Park,” is the exclusive shopping center for the Holiday Island community – a resort/ planned lakeside community on 4,000 acres located in the heart of the Ozark Mountains, between two national Forests, bordered by Table Rock Lake in the corner of Northwest Arkansas.

There are many large lots to choose from right in the center of the shopping area. The lots are from 2 acres to 3.26 acres, with paved streets and all utilities.
Building permits can be obtained quickly and inexpensively from the Holiday Island Zoning and Planning commission.
