The Park Shopping Center 

“The Park,” is the exclusive shopping center for the Holiday Island community – a resort/ planned community on 4,000 acres located in the heart of the Ozark Mountains, between two national Forests, bordered by Table Rock Lake in the corner of Northwest Arkansas. 

Growth will be fueled by the inevitable expansion of the corporate giants headquartered in Northwest Arkansas (including Wal-Mart, Tyson Foods, and J.B. Hunt), the entertainment attractions in Eureka Springs and Branson, the visitor traffic from the Crystal Bridges Art Museum and Roaring River State Park, and the influence of the state's largest University, the University of Arkansas.

The Park Shopping Center is the newest and largest shopping center within 20 miles, with a supporting consumer base of approximately 50,000. 

There are three large lots to choose from right in the center of the shopping center. The lots are from 2 acres to 3.26 acres, with paved streets and all utilities.

Building permits can be obtained quickly and inexpensively from the Holiday Island Zoning and Planning commission, 100% owned and controlled by the existing Developer. 


The Park building properties under lease are (1) Retail, (2) professional, and (3) Medical, (4) Storage.


The Park consists of 10 acres of developed, but not subdivided.

The current occupancy rate in shopping center is 85%.

Year Built

The first building constructed at The Park was completed in 1995, and the last one build was in 2010.
